Video Production and Photography Rate Sheet

OVERVIEW

For any production, LStop Media would develop and provide a scope of work, identifying specific deliverables, resources, and the costs associated with them to complete the project. On the next pages are examples of production packages and individual rate ranges. These would be further customized to each project.

 

In order to provide accessible services for all types of clients, pricing is based on a sliding-scale. The highest price listed reflects the true cost of each service, and the scale slides down from there to accommodate a variety of financial access points.

We believe clients know their own financial situations best, and we rely on their honesty and integrity in determining what they can pay. Clients will never be judged or asked to provide income verification; we only ask that you reflect honestly on your economic reality and access to resources when placing yourself on the scale. 

These estimates do not include costs related to travel and accommodations for potential shoot days, as well as the purchase of stock footage, music licenses, or any other supplemental materials that may be required beyond the scope of work.

LStop Media is committed to working with our clients to tailor all project costs specifically to the scope of work agreed upon. We can be as nimble as required by the project and the Client to achieve success. If at any time we see that a change or update may be required to the scope of work and associated costs, we will consult and confirm with the client first. Statements of Work can be amended and updated throughout the production process, if necessary with an addendum signed by both LStop Media and the client.

 

An invoice for a 30%-50% deposit is typically provided to the client upon approval of the final budget and signing of a Production Services Agreement. We also offer different payment plan options customized to each client. This agreement can be delivered to the client once the scope of work and budget are approved. Remaining costs are invoiced upon project completion. Payment may be made by check, electronic transfer, or credit card. (A payment with a credit card will include an additional transaction fee.)

Tiered Content Packages for Small Businesses

Tier 1 - $750
  • Shoot in one location for up to 2 hours of filming, includes: Headshots, Interview up to 2 people, B-roll footage

  • Basic about video edited with b-roll, interviews, basic graphics 

Tier 2 - $1,500
  • Shoot in one location for up to 4 hours of filming, includes: Headshots, Interview up to 3 people, B-roll footage

  • One basic About Video and One Social Video edited with b-roll, interviews, basic graphics.

  • Basic training of doing social content on your own, including how to be in front of and behind the camera and basic tools and tricks for editing with consumer grade options.

​Tier 3 - $2,500
  • Shoot in one location for full day, includes: Headshots, Interview up to 5 people, B-roll footage

  • Two variations of About Video and Two Social Videos edited with b-roll, interviews, basic graphics.

  • Basic training of doing social content on their own, including how to be in front of and behind the camera and basic tools and tricks for editing with consumer grade options. 

Tier 4 - $5,000
  • Includes everything in tier 3

  • Addition of second shooting location or second day of shooting

  • Includes more customized graphics with additional animation and motion.

​Tier 5 - $12,000
  • Includes everything in tier 4

  • Addition of full commercial shoot that could result in :15, :30, and/or :60 commercials.

  • Includes higher end animations and motion graphics
